United Church of Christ
Friedens is a local church of the Heartland Association of the Nebraska Conference of the United Church of Christ. The United Church of Christ consists of local churches, associations and conferences and the General Synod. All local churches, associations and conferences are autonomous but covenant together in unity, mission and service to Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church.
